These eleven organizations are a diverse selection of international humanitarian aid non-profits. Whether combatting human trafficking or providing live-saving healthcare, economic empowerment and education, each organization is highly rated for accountability and transparency. Many of the organizations are primarily aimed at helping women.

This year's theme for International Women's Day is Gender Parity, so along those lines here are some organizations that aid women in achieving parity through healthcare, education and basic services.

The Women@VMware Women's Empowerment Fund supports a curated set of organizations working towards gender equality and advancement of women worldwide. Your donations to this fund will help support all women in getting access to quality education, health care and sustainable livelihood opportunities and training. This fund is being launched to commemorate Women's History Month in March and seeks to empower more women, so they can lead healthy, successful and dignified lives.

It offers an opportunity to reflect on progress made, to call for change, and to honor acts of courage and determination by women who have helped in moving the needle toward gender parity within their countries and communities. This year’s theme is #ChooseToChallenge, which highlights the importance of challenging biases and misconceptions in the interest of creating a more inclusive world. Violence is escalating in Afghanistan following the Taliban takeover of the presidential palace and seizing control over the country. Bright Funds established the 2021 Afghanistan Emergency Aid Fund to support organizations working to deliver aid to areas in conflict and support displaced people in Kabul. This fund is comprised of pre-vetted nonprofits providing emergency response in the region. Through a single tax deductible donation to the Fund, you can support multiple organizations’ initiatives. We have initially selected organizations that are on the ground assisting with immediate relief needs. The composition of nonprofits in this fund is subject to change as we learn more about the needs on the ground.

I am deeply moved by the state of women & children in many parts of the world and always find my self feeling blessed that I have always lived such a privileged life to be able to make a difference in any small way that I can. I am setting this fund up to support women around the world. Malala Fund is working for a world where every girl can learn and lead. This I can think will slowly but surely change the world we live in and create better environment for women to live and grow. Other causes such as "Asha for Education" does a lot of work to provide education for underprivileged children. I have also listed other funds that work on various objective to help empower women around the world.
