At Teach For Bangladesh (TFB), our mission is to end educational inequity. We are building a Bangladesh that treats all children as worthy of love, dignity and belonging. We believe that all children – regardless of their socioeconomic background – should be able to expect their basic needs to be met. We believe that educators, schools, and communities should have the skills, tools, and resources required to support the holistic development of children and meet their diverse needs. We aim to uplift the voices of students and educators – particularly those in communities that have experienced hardship and challenge – so that they can influence policy and practice in the education sector. We are building a coalition of open-hearted, brave, and optimistic leaders to build this future.
