Mom Relaunch Foundation was founded in 2018 with a mission to support and guide women to become financially independent and find fulfilling careers in information technology (IT) and related areas of work. We have successfully placed close to 100 women in IT careers. We want to help build a more inclusive economy by nurturing women to succeed through our unique comprehensive programming. Vision

Mom Relaunch Foundation was created to bridge the gap between mothers returning to the workforce and the need for skilled talent. The Foundation’s charitable purpose involves educating the public regarding the availability, diversity, and depth of skilled talent among mothers who have left the technology workforce for many reasons, but who now seek to return to their careers. The Foundation works for unleashing the professional potential of mothers returning to the workforce with life-work harmony skills training, hands-on experience, mentoring and supporting services to optimize a successful relaunch, specifically into the technology industry, in an effort to ultimately help such women achieve financial independence.
