FSL provides home and community-based services and develops energy-efficient, affordable housing to promote health, independence and dignity for all.FSL serves the entire state of Arizona in regard to our affordable housing programs, and Maricopa County for our home and community-based services. All or our services are intended to assist people who want to age in place.
