The Women@VMware Women's Empowerment Fund supports a curated set of organizations working towards gender equality and advancement of women worldwide. Your donations to this fund will help support all women in getting access to quality education, health care and sustainable livelihood opportunities and training. This fund is being launched to commemorate Women's History Month in March and seeks to empower more women, so they can lead healthy, successful and dignified lives.

Access to comprehensive reproductive health care is central to gender equity and all people who have the ability to give birth's full participation in the workplace.

On Friday, June 24, 2022, the United States Supreme Court overturned Roe vs. Wade, effectively eliminating the constitutional right to abortion. As a result of this decision, several states have already severely restricted or outright banned abortion access with many others expected to follow suit, putting the health of women throughout the country at risk. These pre-vetted organizations are actively working to dismantle a system which threatens a woman's right to choose. These organizations are also working to increase access to quality reproductive health care. Their work advocates for women's fundamental rights through policy, research, education and monetary funds.
