HomeRise

Community Housing Partnership’s mission is to help individuals experiencing homelessness secure housing and become self-sufficient. We do this by developing and managing high quality supportive housing and providing services to homeless individuals, seniors and families to help them rebuild their lives and permanently break the cycle of homelessness.

Episcopal Community Services of San Francisco (ECS)

The mission of Episcopal Community Services of San Francisco (ECS) is to help people who are homeless or very low-income obtain the shelter, housing, jobs, and essetial services in order to maintain permanent housing and to live as fully as they can.

Housing Trust Silicon Valley

Housing Trust is leading the effort to create a strong affordable housing market in the greater Bay Area, including making more loans than any other nonprofit housing lender in the region. From people experiencing homelessness to renters to first-time homebuyers, we assist a wide range of residents with programs across the entire spectrum of housing issues. Our financial expertise and extensive private and public sector partnerships ensure we make the most out of every dollar so local residents can secure stable and affordable housing that works for them and their families.
