SBIA in the Community: Pride Month 2022 Fund


One way to celebrate Pride is by contributing to organizations that support the LGBTQ+ community. While great progress has been made, the fight continues every day to advocate for the rights and safety of LGBTQ+ people around the world. MindOut LGB&T Mental Health Project provides advocacy, casework, counselling and peer support groupwork for lesbian,gay,bi-sexual or transgender people with mental health issues and training for organisations and communities in LGB&T mental health awareness. Most services are run in Brighton & Hove, apart from our online support service and our national consultancy.


We are the national LGBTQ youth homelessness charity; focused on prevention and early action we provide: safe homes, mentoring, training, advocacy and support to young people who are homeless or living in a hostile environment after coming out to their parents, care givers and peers.

American Civil Liberties Union Foundation, Inc.

The ACLU works to ensure that lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer people can live openly without discrimination and enjoy equal rights, personal autonomy, and freedom of expression and association.

Point Foundation

Point Foundation (Point) is the nation's largest scholarship-granting organization for LGBTQIA students of merit. Point Foundation's purpose is to empower LGBTQIA students of merit, many of whom might otherwise be at an academic and social disadvantage as a direct result of their sexual orientation or gender identity. While empowerment is a lofty goal, Point Foundation achieves it by providing education, mentorship, leadership development, and community service training; as well as the financial ability to attend the nation's foremost institutions of higher education; to our scholars.

Horizons Foundation
