About

As a vegetarian, cancer survivor, and animal lover, I want to support the organizations that rescue animals from abusive situations and organizations that strive to improve the animal's daily lives. Additionally, I want to support the groups that promote awareness of plant-based diets and how eating plants can improve, and save, both animal and human lives — as well as help heal our planet.

Your Donation Supports

Feral Cat Coalition Of Oregon

The mission of the Feral Cat Coalition of Oregon is to improve the welfare and reduce the population of feral and stray cats through spay/neuter programs and education.

The Feral Cat Coalition of Oregon, also known as FCCO, is a non-profit spay/neuter program that was founded in 1995. They have helped more than 125,000 cats and remain the only organization in the area dedicated to providing services for feral and stray cats. For each feral or stray cat in their care they request a donation of just $50, but never turn a caregiver away — even if they cannot contribute. This program is known as trap-neuter-return.

They also provide low-cost spay/neuter services for pet cats through partnerships with the Oregon Spay/Neuter Fund and Spay & Save program.

Barn Sanctuary

Barn Sanctuary is dedicated to rescuing and rehabilitating abused and neglected farmed animals by creating a safe haven where these individuals can recover, thrive, and serve as an example for why we strive to lead society towards a plant-based lifestyle.

Oregon Friends of Shelter Animals

This is where I adopted my awesome pup! OFOSA's mission is to reduce the number of "last chance" adoptable animals euthanized in overcrowded shelters, restore them to good health, and through adoption, provide them permanent, loving homes.

Northwest Vegetarian Education and Empowerment Group

Northwest VEG is dedicated to bringing awareness to the power of a plant-based, vegan lifestyle and helping support people in their transition toward making healthier, more sustainable & compassionate food choices.

Fences for Fido

Dogs shouldn't live on the end of a chain. Fences For Fido improves the quality of life for dogs living outdoors by building fences free of charge for families who keep their dogs on chains, tethers, and in small enclosures. In addition to the fence, we also provide an insulated doghouse for each dog as well as spay/neuter services and emergency veterinary care when needed

Wildwood Farm Sanctuary & Preserve

Wildwood Farm Sanctuary & Preserve is an accredited, 501c3 farm animal sanctuary located in Newberg, Oregon. Since 2012, they have provided a safe haven for abused and abandoned farmed animals. They are also committed to the restoration, preservation and protection of the wilderness and wildlife they share the property with. Wildwood is also restoring native plants once common to the area to encourage a thriving natural ecosystem.
