About
On May 14, ten people lost their lives while shopping in a local grocery store in East Buffalo - a majority Black community. According to official reports, this was a targeted attack and the majority of victims were Black. Law enforcement officials are currently investigating the shooting as a racially motivated hate crime.
The grocery store that the shooting took place at is a food desert and one of the only places for people to shop for groceries in the area. We've chosen FeedMore - West New York and Feed Buffalo who are providing on the ground support to the community impacted. Please consider donating while this community mourns.
