BlackFemaleProject uplifts the voices of Black women, affirms their experiences, and offers insights for achieving self-defined success in the workplace and beyond. For over seven years, BlackFemaleProject has collected and shared women’s stories in print, digital media, and through numerous events to center Black women in statewide and national conversations about organizational culture, communications and inclusion at work.

Coffee, Hip Hop & Mental Health’s mission Is to educate various communities about the importance of good mental health. CHHMH steps into high poverty neighborhoods to remove financial and systematic barriers that prevent individuals from receiving mental health support. To do this Heart Work, CHHMH provides free group and individual therapy and do our best to meet people where they are.
We will normalize The Physical – by offering jobs, food, clothing, and essentials.
We will normalize The Emotional – by providing the space for community healing, creative expression and support.
We will normalize The Mental – by championing the importance of mental health, while providing free access to talk and group therapy.
